2019/6/13	According to Item 3, Attachment 3 of the Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Transportation Management Regulations: When at the departure point and upon reaching the destination listed on the transport manifest, transport vehicles shall transmit messages on the recorded start and end of the route, respectively. Therefore, at the departure point and destination, vehicles must transmit the transport start and end messages by scanning barcodes or selecting the correct options on the system screen. Carrier service providers shall remind drivers of this requirement.
